Due to the perishable nature of our products (frozen meat and food items), our return and refund policy is designed to ensure food safety while protecting your rights as a consumer. Please read the following terms carefully.
1. Perishable Goods Policy
For health and safety reasons, we do not accept physical returns of food items once they have been delivered. Once a perishable product leaves our temperature-controlled environment and is accepted by the customer, it cannot be resold or returned to our inventory.
2. Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may be eligible for a refund or a replacement if:
• Damaged Packaging: The vacuum seal or primary packaging was punctured or broken upon arrival.
• Quality Issues: The product shows signs of spoilage or is unfit for consumption upon delivery.
• Incorrect Items: You received an item different from what you ordered.
• Missing Items: An item listed on your invoice was not included in your delivery.
3. Reporting an Issue (The 24-Hour Rule)
Due to the nature of frozen goods, any issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

1. Order Number.
2. Clear Photos of the product, the packaging, and the shipping label.
3. Description of the issue (e.g., "Package arrived thawed," "Incorrect cut of meat").
4. Batch Number/Expiry Date if applicable (found on the product label).
Claims made after 24 hours of the recorded delivery time may be denied as we cannot verify the storage conditions of the product after it was received.
4. Refund Process
Once your claim is reviewed and approved:
• Refunds: A credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow [5–10] business days for the transaction to reflect on your statement.
• Replacements: If you prefer a replacement, we will ship the item(s) at no additional cost to you on our next available delivery slot.
5. Non-Refundable Scenarios
We cannot offer refunds or replacements in the following circumstances:
• Incorrect Address: If the delivery fails because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided.
• Unattended Delivery: If the courier delivers the package within the scheduled window, but no one is available to receive it/bring it indoors, leading to thawing or theft.
• Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds if you simply changed your mind or decided you no longer want the product after it has been shipped.
• Taste Preferences: While we strive for the highest quality, refunds are not typically issued based on personal taste preferences.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund if the request is made at least [24–48] hours before the scheduled shipping/delivery date. Once an order has been packed and dispatched to our cold-chain courier, it can no longer be cancelled.
